Has anyome here w/ Fibro ever had plastic surgery?
If so, how was your recovery? Next month I have a consultation scheduled w/ a cosmetic surgeon to have breast implant surgery and a tummy tuck. Both procedures will be done at the same time. I am concerned that since I have Fibro, my recovery might be a bit rougher and longer. Although, I may be wrong. Another concern is whether the doctor would even want to operate on someone w/ Fibro. Has anyone ever encountered this?? I would greatly appreciate stories from others whom have gone through either elective and/or necessary operations to find out their experiences. Thanks in advance! Hope everyone is doing well.
