Default is this fibro

when i stretch my back (fwiw, my nerves are irritated bc i have a straight neck and winged scapulas)

i get pins and needles all over,

then i pretty much avoid moving because i have a lot of SHARP SHARP like a needle, tiny trigger points deposited all around my spine and pec muscles in different places. they feel just like needles

isnt stretching supposed to help fibro? doesnt this sound like fibro? or could it be my nervous system is ****** off from over stretching?

bg info: i have ehlers danlos syndrome, havent checked sex hormones but my thyroid is fine except i have high rt3, recovering from magnesium defficiency

Hi-
New to this but saw your question and thought I could help...somewhat?

I've had RSD for 9 years and FM for about 8-1/2 years. I don't pretend to know everything...in fact the more I learn, the less I seem to know if that makes any sense at all to you. If not, sorry you're not in my brain because I don't know how to explain it

Honestly, you haven't given enough info, unless this is all of your info, for someone to tell you if it sounds like Fibro. If these are all of your symptoms you're having, then...good news because I don't know how this could be Fibro at all. If you haven't given all of your symptoms then we (meaning anyone who would offer an opinion) definitely need more info.
*edit*

This does not sound like fibro to me either. At least just the symptoms you describe. Do you see a chiropractor?

If you are asking if the pins and needles can be caused by fibromyalgia.

Then I'm not sure.

Donna\\

I can' t answer the question without more information
