when i stretch my back (fwiw, my nerves are irritated bc i have a straight neck and winged scapulas)
i get pins and needles all over, then i pretty much avoid moving because i have a lot of SHARP SHARP like a needle, tiny trigger points deposited all around my spine and pec muscles in different places. they feel just like needles isnt stretching supposed to help fibro? doesnt this sound like fibro? or could it be my nervous system is ****** off from over stretching? bg info: i have ehlers danlos syndrome, havent checked sex hormones but my thyroid is fine except i have high rt3, recovering from magnesium defficiency
