Default Spring flare anyone?

Yes, it's that time of year again...for me. Ouch. My spring and fall flares are so debilitating. Nothing seems to help most especially the intense pain in my legs. I try to keep up with my walking, but it seems that no matter what I do, it makes the pain worse.

I think I'll start checking around for a place that provides warm water therapy.

To any other people experiencing the spring flare, .

Default Of course!!!

Seasonal changes are miserable. The wild barometric swings really do me in. Find a theraputic pool and stay there until we get through the Spring. Spring is bad but Fall is worse for me as we seem to have more cold wet weather then and THAT is a no-no. Thank heaven for Netflix to keep me distracted. Right now I am working on 100 episodes of Quincy, ME. I found some episodes I had never seen which surprised me. Most I haven't seen in decades. Thank heaven for hot soaks and distractions. Best wishes.

My spring flare has finally settled down. Ugh, that was nasty. Yes ((spine95)), the fall one just about does me in too.

Back to the normal fibro aches and pains for now!
