But I am having lots of neck and shoulder pain, sleep all the time too.

I take opana er and opana ir for breakru pain, topomax, for nerve pain, levoxyl for the thyroid, lorazapam to help me sleep.

U can bareky get out of bed to bath, hubby runs the house. U dont know how to get thru this, help! Lottapain

Default Lots of pain

I am so sorry you are suffering so badly. I have chronic pain /fatigue among other things also I know what it is like to be in so much pain. I also know what it is like to struggle to just get bathed and dressed. I wish I knew how to tell you to be able to live like this. I am still figuring that out myself. I have found that meditation helps a lot. It has been the most helpful thing to me. Also pray and try to connect with a spiritual power. Take it easy on yourself. Don't expect so much of yourself. I try to do just a few things a day as I have limited energy. Some days just washing and doing hair is a good goal. Other days I am able to do a little more. Good luck to you. Your not alone. If you ever need to talk feel free to message me.
