You were right on about the paine meds. I've been off for over a week, I feel like a old snake curling up. My body hurts everywere. I moved to a different state and lost all my dr's. I have to start over because I have to go to clinics. I called today, they are referring me to a paine dr. I pay cash, so we'll see. I found out I have seven first cousins with Fibro , four with Rs, two of them are in wheel chairs, A blood aunt with both, my dad has Fibro, and a niece with Fibro, almost in a wheelchair. What is going on? Thank You so much for the good solid advice. I took a couple of my last relaxers, so I'm getting sleeping. By for now.

Heart

((((((Rashelle)))))),

Well, I'm sorry you're hurting again. But, at least you did get that question answered. You know now that the drugs were helping you.

I think that the people with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome and Gulf War Syndrome are like the parakeets in the mineshaft. We are a warning sign that 'things' are not good in our environment.

Do you see how many kids are being born with bad birth defects?? And how many kids have problems like ADD and autism-spectrum??

I truly believe that we (as a society) have spent the past 100 years or so poisoning our environment.

I think that the one thing that's going to save our civilization are the animals that can survive living near the black smokers in the deep oceans. They've obviously got some sort of built-in immunity to toxins. Hopefully, they're willing to share with us before it's too late.

I hope you can get your medical situation straightened out. And your drugs, too. Don't be afraid to ask for all the help that you can get. It's not charity. When you get back on your feet, you can help someone else. There are TONS more ways of helping people besides money.

I hope you get a good night's sleep, sugar. I now how important the sleeping is for the fibro. I just found some foam rubbers pillows on sale at Bed and Bath. They're just like the ones that I had when I was 12 years old. When I lay down, I remember feeling 12 and happy and loved I've been sleeping pretty good lately -- as long as none of my cats wake me during their 'hourly checks'

Take care. Hugs.
