although the 18 points are not always necessary for diagnosis, it can still be helpful...i myself have 16 or 18...
for me it has been better if described and used as a diagnostic guideline of widespread pain, above and below the waisst, on both sides of the body... that seems to be a better 'fast and dirty' rule to me than the points... i hope that helps... prayers are with you as you move forward... |
