Default Any ideas for chronically inflamed spine and head feeling..

Had a couple of brain injuries almost a decade ago. Head and spine feel chronically inflamed, along with tinnitus, paresthesias on head and face, and pressure where brain meets spine..
one doctor says fibro caused by head injuries. I just know it stinks..
Neurontin helps the pain but not the irritation.
tried to get out to diner and forced back home. am a recluse because of dizziness and the pain, burning, pulling and tugging going on in spine and head.
I was thinking of asking them to up Neurontin but I am at pretty descent dose. thanks.
