I saw a news item on NBC.com that shows MRI scans of a person with chronic fatigue syndrome's brain is different in the right frontal/temporal lobe than "normal" brains. The article stated that this is proof that chronic fatigue exists physiologically and isn't just a psychological phenomenon.
