Hello, I am posting here because before my diagnosis of idiopathic small fiber neuropathy I was told by a neurologist that I have fibromyalgia. I wonder how many of you have both or multiple diagnosis? I am just trying to figure this whole thing out. Something is happening to me and it seems many of us are alone in figuring out what went wrong. I posted my story in introductions. Any advice or similar situations would be appreciated.
