Default New to CFS forum - PEM?

Without going into too much detail I suffered some head trauma a few months back which may have led to PCS.

One of the symptoms I've noticed is Post Exercise Malaise, or even feeling fatigued/very fluey during exercise and unable to train at the intensity I am used to. I have no idea if it is CFS, but I am definitely guilty of over-training in the gym and really pushed my body in May/June 2015, including hard exercise before breakfast. I'm just wondering if this time I have pushed myself too far and ended up in CFS territory? Or is this low energy state a symptom of PCS

I also experience occasional night sweats and have been suffering from a low-level chronic flu/cold type illness for the past 2-3 weeks which has been difficult to shift. I've had most blood tests under the sun recently for different reasons. GP is fully aware of my concerns and wants to monitor.

Does anyone have any similar stories of CFS/Fibro being brought on by excessive exercise with insufficient calorie intake? Or whether a head injury could trigger CFS?

Hi, I have a friend I've known now for quite a while and she is challenged with CFS/malaise....she is not an exercise person and has been TRYING for as long as I know her to stop her crashing after a little activity and ending up sick. She just went thru tests with a doctor in No. Cal., we are in So. Cal and her viral loads etc were so so.

Maybe slow down with your exercise routine. I think many are overdoing it with their bodies...I worked out for many years, not fanatic but I was a fanatic dancer...and I'm messed with fibro and major bodywide OA.... Many of us want to do so much and go go go when we are young.

Just doing some searches on H202 therapy and found this site on CFS and coconut oil comes up a lot if you read a lot of the reviews.

http://www.earthclinic.com/cures/chr..._syndrome.html

I use CO all the time from cooking with it, to eat a spoonful a couple times a day.
