We all know the struggles and frustrations of Fibro. I have had cataracts removed from both eyes and laser touch up on both eyes now. I just found out this week that I am also diabetic. I think I may be okay with keeping record of everything I eat or drink, even when FibroFog fills my head since I have already learned to write everything down. Now, I will just have to deal with the pain from the exercise I need to do to keep my numbers in check.
Sometimes, I feel like all the negative medical genes are filtering down into my lap and I think I am not quite 50, but I guess it is better for it to be me than one of my children. |

Sorry to hear that you have added another illness. While diet and exercise are GREAT for diabetes, it is difficult to exercise with other physical limitations and chronic pain levels. Just try to do what you can and watch your diet
Wishing you the best with the additional challenges that you have been given. |
