It started when I first woke up. My left calf went into LOCKED position. I hobbled to the bathroom. I had to go so I could not run right back to bed. I went but just in time. I felt myself going into shock. I passed out just before I could get on the bed. I layed on the floor sweating and I couldn't see straight the pain in my calf was so bad. Slowly I got up and back into bed. I have been nursing the leg all day. I've had to take some Tylenol a couple times today.
I did take some magnesium and potassium today. That is usually what causes this. But it never got this bad. Haven't taken any for about 5 days. I guess I'd better be more regular, after this morning, yea, I will be. The thing is that this magnesium I'm taking isn't the best. What foods are best for magnesium? These tablets upset my stomach. I did find a site that explains how you can faint from the pain. http://symptomchecker.webmd.com/mult...cations=2%7C59 |
