I was diagnosed with fibro and chronic body fatigue after a stroke with bleed. Prior to that I had a brain injury from a car crash.
There are days the pain is intolerable.
Pain meds arent possible. My liver is damaged from 8+ yrs on Cymbalta, a depression med. I had to stop the Cymbalta for my liver. Since then my pain is worse, depression is back and anxiety is terrible.
Today is a bad day all around.

This thread doesnt get much traffic.
Fibro and fatigue are a vicious cycle. Trying to be as healthy as possible is like cleaning disease with tar and feathers.

I move as much as possible. I use a recumbent bike. I cook with my family. In between I am in bed. I miss having a full life.
