I've had more fatigue lately and thinking my potassium has dropped. I eat 1/2 avocado daily and foods with some potassium but don't eat lbs of food so thinking POT is dropping. I don't eat bananas and believe they are oversold anyway for a little potassium in this high carb fruit.
I had been taking 99mg daily for a while and dropped off but will start again....and low sodium V8 is high in potassium, I just had a glass with a little water diluted in. When I get labs done, once a year, I like to see levels, come in at the upper end vs low and mid range,,,,potassium is so undersold. Comments???? |
