My brain isn't remembering from the past, but does anyone here get soreness/pain on the bottom of their feet? Especially in the mornings?
The bottoms of both my feet are killing me, especially my right, and particularly my right heel. And I'm going on a nice trip in less than 2 weeks and plan to do a lot of pounding the pavement sightseeing. Actually...this weekend on Saturday night I babysat my grandson. He wouldn't go to sleep and I went in to calm him down 5 times before he finally went to sleep for the night. Anyway, I sat and rocked him for a LONG time and when I rock him, I always cross my left leg over my right knee. Well, since then, my right heel is in excruciating pain. My feet were sore before, but not like this.
