Angry fibro flare up or low grade crps?

would the sx of a flare up from both of these be different?

my pt thinks i have crps but i believe it's more fibro-ish.

example, yesterday I did this foam roller stretch, most days i can do this completely fine. but last nite, two hours afterwards, i had these really REALLY painful burny itchy trigger points develop in my upper trapezius from this and they seemed to spread. then i felt the itching down to my hands and around my back. the sensation kind of jumps around my body. i could even feel it in my legs. but this makes sense bc the foam roller exercise targets the whole spine.

any thoughts? other than to quit the foam roller? lol

Sounds like a Fibro flare up to me. I'm not a Dr. but I've had fibro for at least 20 years. Was diagnosed 8 years ago. If I exercise I'll sometimes have a flare up. So sorry you are suffering.
Byt the way what is crps?

my wife has both RSD and fibromyalgia. (and 2 other auto immune diseases too). Sometimes she gets hung up trying to igure out which disease is causing which symptoms. In the end they all kind of cross over and it really doesn't matter does it? The main thing is concentrating on treating the symptoms and avoiding those activities which exaccerbate negative symptoms. She has found that aqua therapy and warm water aerobics are very helpful activities. Have you tried either of these?? Just a thought.

Even if you start out just standing in the water, it feels like it just drains the achies out of your body. I have had Fibro for over 40 years now and finally dxed in 76. Most doctors did not accept it as a legit illness back then. Now I am plagued with numerous other autoimmune disorders, DDD, DJD and several nasty autonomic disorders. The only way I can walk, now, is in a theraputic pool. It is a true joy to be able to walk. Best wishes.

What has been a great help to me is to go to U TUBE and search and listen to anything about FM and RSD. There is a lot to get through, but it's worth it. I've posted some on facebook at Chronic Pain Education for Patients, Friends and Family. Hope you will post anything you find that might be of interest. comments are welcome, of course.

Default Yeast Issues(Candida Albicans) may be a possibility!

Have you ever been evaluated for candida albicans(yeast)? Burning, itching, cramping, pain are very common with yeast issues. A biomedical doctor will know exactly how to evaluate your symptoms for this issue. A regular, typical MD will not evaluate yeast issues like a biomedical MD. give this a serious thought and you will be surprised at the results. So many of our common disorders and diseases have a yeast foundation and or can be impacted by yeast(arthritis, IBS, chrohn's, acne, anxiety, depression, ADHD, reflux, endometriosis, fibromyalgia, PMS,and many, many more! Yours In good health!! Rndawn10

I've had fibro for about 25 years. One of my new troubling symptoms is I cannot tolerate the heat outside, or the hot water that used to provide so much pain relief. The heat makes me so weak that I can barely stand. My doc even ordered and MRi thinking that my symptoms were beginning to sound like MS, but thankfully there were no lesions and I actually do have a brain . Is there anyone else who has had this problem with the heat? Taking hot baths or showers?

Thanks!
