Lightbulb Hello Jeannie...

I think since you have osteo-- you need to get a Vit D serum level drawn
at the doctor's. People with chronic pain, tend to have very low levels, and this can be corrected easily and simply if true for you.

Also if you are using a drug like Fosamax/Actonel you might be having muscle pain from that.

Thank you for the great infomation...this past spring my doc ran my blood to check on the Vit D level and it was almost non-existant...why do people who suffer from Chronic Pain have this problem??
