OH geez! I forgot to tell everyone! I cancelled my right side rhizotomy! I just couldn't see myself going through the pain again for what I consider minimal pain. Besides I am trying to slowly get back to the gym and get some of this weight off I have gained....it will be a long row to hoe but I am going to try again!
So, on that note...still taking the basic steroid shots in my left shoulder mostly for my trigger points, but otherwise I have given up on epidurals and facet injections.
