Hi,

I was dx'd around '92.
--time
--sleep
--tremendousely simplfied life.
--meds like klonopin and Wellbutrin
--multi vits and some supps
--yoga and walking and some weight lifing
-- lots of easy yoga

I still have low energy and brain fog.

You have probably seen the info on the links but I am posting them anyway.
