Your welcome! No problem at all...I am always willing to recommend that book. I still reference it now and again when I have a question.
As for your snippet of the interview with Dr. Clauw....he is one of the best in the field. He is a collegue of my FM specialist Dr. Goldenberg. They are working together to find a med that will help us feel better. I only see him every 18 months or so. I am due to see him next July so I am sure he will give me an update on his research with Dr. Clauw and others.
