WholeFood farmacy has a liquid fast that is good for detoxing. You can check it out online. When my father was dying of lung cancer, he had gangrene in his feet. We took a healing clay, and used it like a poultice. We applied it several times a day. And within a week, it cleared up. It works really good for pulling out toxins. We use to use that black stuff too. And I can't remember the name of it. I will ask somebody. My mother also uses clay when she starts to have a flare of her Ulcerative colitis. She will drink it mixed in water. You can buy it in a health food store. I hope this helps.

the foot baths with the electrodes are a hoax. so are the patches.
detoxing is a good thing, but you won't do it by these 2 methods. there are a few threads on nt, with very legit scientific backed research.

has become obsolete-- haven't seen it in years!
It was called Ichthammol It is derived from coal tar... which is implicated in skin cancer. Coal tar is still available but dermatologists are not using it as frequently as before.

Thanks for that info, but I'm not 100% that the detox baths are a hoax.
I'll go with Christina to Des Moines sometime and check it out for myself. These places that do these invest in some pretty high dollar equipment, that's for sure. Would hate to think it's a 'hoax'. But yeah, I think drinking helps a lot to detox, flush out bad stuff.
