Heart I have had excellent results

My doctor prescribed a B12 shot a day for a year, and I thought she must have made a mistake with her maths.

But, after I had that much and a little more B12 for a few months the results were amazing.

The methylcobalamin lozenges work just as well as shots.

If you decide to try it, and it doesn't hurt, be sure to keep notes so you can see how it works specifically for you.

What dosage per day are you taking?

I requested and was prescribed 1 shot per month, but can't say that I've noticed any difference (I've only had 2 shots so far). I can't find the bottle right now to tell you the dosage.

Another MSer I know said she didn't notice any difference for half a year. I think hers were once a month.

Are the methylcobalamin lozenges what you can get at a health food store?

I hear so many people talk about B-12, and how it has benefitted them. But when I ask my doctor about it, he says there is no reason to believe it would do anything for me. I wonder if I should take it anyway. How much would be a good dose for someone whose never taken it before?

I have been taking 1,000 micrograms for about 6 months now. I have noticed since I started my nutritional supplements that my fribro fog is not as bad and my depression is not as bad. As for pain so far it has done nothing for me. I also take a lot of prescribed meds and also have arthritis. I am really still in the trial period because this is all kind of new to me.
