Heart downing in pain!!!

For many years all i have is felt pain.
No cures, no real relief, everything seems hopeless.
I workout, I try to eat right, I meditate, pray but it seems endless!
Till this community! I have been surfing the net for months hoping for others like myself. Now I can handle much of the discomfrot because some of my knowledge will assit anothers in the fight with fibro.
Yes, we can have good days and bad but, we do better hand in hand.
Keep the faith in the power of self.
We can fight the fight and live it right!!
