I'm taking 1000 IU per day of D3. Most of the pills I take puts me in a deep sleep, but then I can't wake up and don't help with the pain. If I don't take the pills (well, most of them), I still hurt, but I can't sleep. A never ending circle. |

Good to see this reinforced. I saw my rhuematologist last month. My levels were low, so I have been taking supplement for about 1month. I never worried before because I drank milk by the gallons and loved the sun. But I have curtailed the use both as pain driven me inside. Meds and GI system don't work to well with milk. Interesting about the obesity factor as well. Keep spreading the word.....
