Oh, and dough hooks are just that - for dough. Use the beaters for cookies, brownies, muffins etc. I mean, you could use the dough hooks I guess, but it doesn't seem like they'd mix as well.

Trust me, this machine is NOT going to bog or get stuck in a little peanut butter. And the machines should all come with hooks.

Maybe there's a youtube of somebody using one?
