Talking I made home made pasta today

And it got rave reviews from dh & son.

I didn't realize it was so easy to make.
2 cups flour & 1/2 tsp salt in a food processor then add water until it comes together in a ball and rolls around the sides.

take out onto floured area and knead it a bit then roll it out to thinness desired and cut into shapes desired.

here's a video that shows/tells better that I can type it..
