Default What's in your larder?

Once upon a time......

I had a weblink bookmarked that would work out a recipe for me based on what was in my pantry/larder.

I was able to say I wanted a dessert (say), and give the ingredients I had available. I'd then get a choice of recipes according to the ingredients I had on hand.

I've lost the weblink and wondered if anyone knew what I was talking about.

It's not recipe dot com, where you can do something similar. This one actually asked you what ingredients you had available rather than what recipes you had in mind.

Does anyone have any information about this site?

Oh I found this one that looks interesting, I'll have to check it out more tomorrow.

[My Pantry - This feature allows you to track all of the items that you currently have in you own kitchen pantry. My Pantry gives you the ability to search for recipes from the ingredients you already own. You may set ingredients to certain period of time.]

That link is very close to the one I had and will do very nicely instead.

Thank you very much Jo*Mar. That's a great help!

Now what to do with some fresh berries, some apples, enough left over pastry for a pie, a bottle of cream..... etc, etc. Think I already have something in mind......
