Dr. Oz had a guy on his show this week, with a trick to burn brown fat...and lose weight faster.

In essence he sits in a tub with ice water for a few minutes or takes cold showers. He said on the show you can use ice packs on your neck and upper back too instead. There was a docu video on all the chemical and medical things he did to find his tricks! Very interesting. I think it is impossible for some people to lose weight over winter. There is that carb craving just about everyone gets! He said his dad was only losing 3-4 lbs /month...and Tim changed is protein intake in the morning to 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of getting up, and the loss jumped into 20lb/month! Dr. Oz said he vetted these ideas and allowed them on the show!
