Cool Smirk

Strange co-incidence that this thread be resurrected just a week after I saw on BuzzFeed videos on YouTube that you don't have the gorgeously British dish, Cauliflower Cheese, much in America. What better way to have veg than to smother them with cheese sauce?
I was going to post a link to a simple recipe, but instead found this MAC/CAULI CHEESE FUSION. Best yet, it comes with BACON.

Even though I can hear my arteries slamming shut, I'm not missing out on this one.

Dave.

Chortle made cauliflower cheese last week. I always grate cheese and put black pepper on top then finish in oven.

For the 5-10 years prior to that I’ve had what I now realize were possibly 20+ undiagnosed concussions or sub-concussions. Likely most of these result from Duane's Syndrome, for which I now have prism glasses. Have successfully done vestibular therapy and plan to start vision therapy.

Current companions: Significant depression, anxiety, hyperacusis, difficulty with verbal expression (recall & word mixups), mild spacial/vestibular issues. Feelings of disconnect in relationships.

LOL Funny how food and weather work like that isn't it.
Just coming out of an endless summer here and this morning is a bit of a shock to the system as it's quite cool for where I live. Definitely not feeling like salad today.
