and... my manual has the info I needed on pg 15 BUT it wasn't cut apart from next page - so I didn't even notice I was not seeing those pages. A pair of scissors and I can know read pg 15. Upon re-reading the entire manual I also saw a small paragraph that said mixing time is approx. 1/2 of what you would normally do by hand.

live and learn, yet again LOL Sort of like when I tell my husband "Now go back and read the directions"
