Default Our Hunter-Gatherer's Eating

So much has changed and probably not all good. Food for Thought.

Hi Caroline,

Thanks for this link!
Definitely food for thought.

I have done much with diet over the years.
I have done elimination diets (prescribed by an M.D.),
strict macrobiotic diet, vegetarian and then vegan -- and "Paleo" and "Autoimmune Paleo,"-- a couple others which have not been "fad" diets per se.

I am now easing my way into the Wahls Protocol diet, formulated by Terry Wahls, M.D. She stresses the consumption of lots of colorful veggies. As for meat: Interestingly, she suggests people eat some meat, yet smaller amounts and stresses the importance of organ meats. (She also offers vegetarian option for anyone wanting to remain strictly veggie.)

I am enjoying the information you are sharing throughout the forum.
Thank you for your contributions!

Warmly,
DejaVu
