Default Watermelon Facts, Actually a vegetable

I've been eating a lot of cut up watermelon this summer, but forever am concerned about sugar, don't want to elevate blood sugar. Watermelon looks to be a good fruit/veggie for us.

Tongue

I eat a watermelon a week. I love it but I'm getting kind of sick of it.
