Default Daily Intake of SUGAR

There are a lot of informational links but thought I'd post this one. Most say the same and vary a bit on daily allowable intake. When I think of my life and the years of a lot of sugar consumption, it's a wonder I'm not worse off today.

Bodywide OA and Mouthful of dental work are my 2 worst issues and I'm sure the sugar was the big bad culprit.

I'm going to control more and more of Sugar and Sodium intakes as I see it now. I'd like the rest of my life to be manageable with less and less work.
