I was eating probably 2 avocados weekly but slacked off for some reason and the other day realized WHY the low low energy/fatigue hit me...low potassium. I took a higher dose of potassium and fatigue lifted. I'm looking at 2 beautiful organic avocados right now ready to open one and eat with my tuna salad for breakfast.

It's true a somewhat larger avocado contains about 900mg of potassium and I just bought 2 today non organic and with all the increases in food prices each was $2 and they are medium in size, so maybe 600mg each.
I believe my lower energy may be due to slacking off on my daily 1-2 drops of Iodine which is so valuable for our bodies tissues and for sure our thyroids... I'm back to my daily routine. |
