Book Tip - egg replacer

For baking

1 egg equals

1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds
3 tablespoons of water.

Double for 2 eggs.

Mix and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes
.

Note that t does taste a little "flaxy" but I quite like that.
It adds to the whole grain/whole meal or almond flour/meal taste if you go that route.

I tried it with ground hemp seed but that doesn't work.
