But not chocolate free. . Sorry to my sugar avoiding friends here.
I'm still testing recipes and eating them. These taste like the old style almond/coconut macaroons. Not like the newer macarons that usually are coloured.
Add to the dry mix and then add the flax egg or beaten egg. Add choc bits after it's cooled a little and into round flat cookie shapes and into oven. 190C for me and about 375F for you all and cook for about 7 to 10 mins. I keep an eye on them because I like them pale and not too browned. Plus mine don't have egg in them. {I'm not vegan eater but do eat vegetarian so tend to have picked up on some products and ideas now they're coming out more. I found these online ages ago but didn't save the site. Thanks to them for making this yummy recipe.} |
