Default A big hit

Yesterday at my sons grad party for an app I made my
famous and amazing cheesy bread. I tripled the recipe
and it flew out of the basket.

Its so easy but amazing.

1 stick of butter
1/4 sundried tomatoes in oil , drained
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. pesto
s & p to taste

put all these ingredients into the food processor, whirl
until tomatos and garlic are chopped. take out and ad
3/4 cup shredded provelone. Spread on cut sides of a
1 lb. italian bread sliced horizontally.

grill or bake(450 degrees) until light brown and bubbly,
about 8 minutes. I tell you, there is nothing better.

ENJOY!

i have put those sun dried tomatos in when i make the mock red lobster biscuits with bisquick. spinkle the top with a little bit of the powdered ranch dressing mix and butter before baking...YUM!

they add such a good flavor to sauces.
now i'm getting hungry.
