I'll bet there's a lot of us here that don't eat a good lunch (if you even eat one at all) and hopefully this thread will help you to eat sometime good for you for lunch.

I'm eating canned apricots. it's a fruit and fruits are healthy.

A plate of several kinds of fresh vegatables with a little bit of dip, has made a whole lunch for me.

TLT - Tofu bacon, lettuce and tomato, with veganaise. If that doesn't make everyone hungry, I don't know what will!
