Default Avoid ecoli disease just boil it

i boil hamburger in a small amount of water to avoid fear of ecoli

American meat has the bovine hormone in it unless you get it from trader joes or some safe place-i cannot eat the hormone meat i get sick or panicky every time

quit Macdonald's months ago

boil in jalapeño pepper if you want

add curry powder add turmeric powder -good for prostrate and stops cancer maybe
