This is what I'm making for dinner tonight.

Inside Out Ravioli
  1. 16 ounces pasta
  2. 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
  3. 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  4. 2 eggs, beaten
  5. 1 large container ricotta cheese
  6. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  7. 1 lb. lean ground beef
  8. 1 chopped vidalia onion
  9. 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
  10. 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  11. 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  12. 1 (24 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce

1. In a medium pot cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well.
2. Meanwhile, brown ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, and pasta sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Combine spinach, cooked pasta, bread crumbs, ricotta and half of the mozzarella cheese, beaten eggs, and olive oil.
4. Spread spinach mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with meat mixture and then the rest of the mozzarella.
5. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven (175 degree C) for 30 minutes.

Default master chef of the hot plate and toaster oven

toaster oven roasted braunschweiger sausage with quartered fingerling potatoes and brocolli. throw them in and wait for it to smell good.
