Hi! I was referred over here by all my buds at the MS forum. I just got my first Angel Food order today and there are Fajita strips in it. I am not a cook at all. I would prefer to eat all meals out but of course money can't allow that. I also got corn tortillas so i figure they were meant to be used with those. Any help would be appreciated. Also I got coarsely cut up fresh brocolli. What can I do with that?

I'm not a big fajita fan, but when I have the chicken strips I kinda like frying them with a little salsa added and melted cheese, then just wrap 'em up in a tortilla..For brocolli, my favorite thing to do is mix it with Miracle Whip and add bacon bits (real or not) and shredded cheddar..We usually put that in pita bread. Makes a great sandwich..

are the strips already seasoned?
I would pan fry or steam the strips and season to taste if not preseasoned already. you can layer them in a baking pan with the tortillas and layers of salsa, cheese, olives- bake til warmed through and then serve it with sour cream on the side the strips are good in sub sandwich buns w/ mayo , pickles, cheese etc and leave the sandwich it open and slide the under the broiler to make a toasty quizno type sandwich here are links to recipe sites- they can give you better recipes than I can - I usually just wing it and make up stuff http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&n...es&btnG=Search
