Confused is it ok to cook food in tinfoil?

i heard something about cooking potatoes in tinfoil on a bbq could give you botulism?

I had never heard about this!

I went to http://www.personalmd.com/news/a1998062515.shtml and it basically says that if you eat the taters right away or refrigerate them, you should be just fine.
