I made this super easy Spinach Quiche recipe yesterday and not only was it easy, but it tasted really good.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup Olive Oil 3/4 cup Self Raising Flour 5 eggs, beaten 1 carrot, grated 2 Spring Onions, chopped 1 cup grated cheese 2 cups chopped spinach Pepper & Salt Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350F for 40 minutes. Serves 6. One of the good things about this recipe is you don't have to make a pie crust. The self raising flour sinks to the bottom and makes the crust for you. Don't forget if you don't like spinach you could probably substitute another vegetable in it's place....or leave it out completely.
