Default Here's a Foolproof Fudge recipe

Foolproof Fudge

18 oz. of your favorite baking chips
1 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
dash of salt
1.5 teas. vanilla extract
.5 cup chopped nuts, optional

Heat chips and milk on high in micro for 2.5 minutes stirring halfway through time. You have to heat it long enough for it to be lump free after a through stirring. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour into wax paper lined square or other shaped small dish. Let cool for 2-3 hours at room temperature. Cut and enjoy.

It will be soft when you cut it. I store it in the fridge.

Can use up to 20 oz. of chips.

4 oz. of chips is .5 cup.
