Default Pumpkin Crisp

This is so good! If you like pumpkin pie you will love this one!!

1 can "one Pie" pumpin
1 can Evap milk
3/4 sugar
1 tsp cinn
1 tsp nutmeg

Mix these together and pour into 9x13 pan.

sprinkle one box white cake mix - DRY over the top of the batter
drizzle 1/2 cup melted butter over top of dry cake mix.

top with slived almonds or any nut of choice. (I didn't use any for I don't care for nuts)

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 mins.

yum yum!!

I am not sure but "One Pie" may be a Maine thang. You can use any canned pumpkin from any maker, just to clarify.

(One Pie is made and canned and distributed from Maine)

This sounds delish! I wonder if I can bake it in a dutch oven on a wood stove? Still powerless here!

The dump cake is delicious. Haven't had one in a while. I want to try this pumpkin crisp. It sounds awesome.

didn't know "One Pie" was a Maine thang - thank for fixing that RW!

It was a hit here over the weekend - my DD who loves pumpkin pie said this was a here new fav.

My mom makes a strawberry rubbarb dump cake that is made just like this. That is really good too!

So easy! And warm it up in the microwave - yum yum!
