Raisins are dried grapes, craisins are dried cranberries..If you have a dehydrator it's easy to dry them, as they are mostly hollow anyway. You can sweeten with Splenda or Stevia (there's a new commercial version now, can't remember the name, but I'm sure it'll be it all the grocery stores). I love cranberries ~ I buy a bag & eat them raw.. There are cranberry bogs not too far away in Wisconsin. I've gotten dried cranberries for salads, cranberry honey, cranberry tea..It's all good!

And the new Stevia product is called Truvia. Coke and Pepsi are both coming out with beverages sweetened with the stuff. Alan lives on this. He puts it in everything. Thank goodness it's from a plant and has no side effects. lol Melody
