Can we freeze dishes that have mushrooms in them?

Anyone know if I they will freeze ok?

Default I have frozen them as well..

Tho always they have been cooked and included in dishes that have other stuff in them. Stews and quiches are best.
I slice or dice fresh mushes and cook, then include when needed. I find canned mushes don't work well at all! They tend to get tough of rubbery.
Does this help at all? Hope it does - j

I freeze them Lara.

When I buy fresh mushrooms for a recipe, I slice what's left over and freeze those. You do need to use them fairly soon or they go a bit tough.

I've not had the mushrooms in any cooked dish, toughen when the dish was frozen. (eg. Stroganoff.)
