i had some fish fillets with instant potato flakes as a coating and they were so good ... i decided to try it for chicken breasts.
it worked!!! ![]() thaw chicken breasts if frozen - i used the skinless boneless ones dry with paper towel I sprinkled some johnny's seasoning on them { here- http://www.johnnysfinefoods.com/Seas...-2lb_p_41.html hmm I didn't realize it has MSG in it ![]() dipped the chicken in a mix of milk & olive oil and then onto a plate of the instant potato flakes {added a bit of garlic salt and more Johnny's to the flakes} then laid the breasts on a cookie sheet put a small pat of butter on each one and then drizzled a bit of olive oil over each one too. had the broiler on high to get them golden and then lowered the tray to the center and changed to 450*
