wild, sweater, hair band, tennis, giraffe

The day of our big tennis match was finally here. There we all stood with our giraffe print sweaters, tennis outfits, and our hair pulled back with a hair band to match each other perfectly for our team picture. Just as we said, "Cheese" the wind started blowing wildly. Leaves, twigs, dust, and debris started flying at us as the shutter on the camera closed.

Needless to say the picture did not turn out well and the tennis match was canceled.

The little girl, carrying her doll and a little pink pocketbook, walked around the wall at her Grandpa's house. She peeked through a hole she found between the purple irises and saw the black and white cows on the other side of the wall. Without a word, she tiptoed around the end of the wall to stand and watch these amazing creatures.

Iris Wall had a pocketbook made out of cowhide and inside it she had a doll who could say one word - simple story - simple doll - simple author !!
